A fountain manufacturer came to us with a heavy, over-complicated part and a procurement headache. They left with a lighter, better-performing component — and handed us their entire supply chain.

The Challenge

The client's legacy fountain nozzles were made of heavy 304 stainless steel. Worse, standard off-the-shelf products only offered British Standard Pipe (BSP) threads, which forced the client to source separate thread adapters just to complete each assembly.

That one gap rippled through their whole operation: an extra part to buy, an extra supplier to manage, more logistics complexity, and higher total cost on every single unit.

Our Solution & Innovation

Rather than patch the assembly, our engineers redesigned it. We consolidated the adapter and the nozzle into a single, integrated component — machining male NPT threads directly into the nozzle body in place of the original female BSP (British Standard) threads that had required the separate adapter. This eliminated the extra part entirely, and we optimized the internal geometry to significantly improve water-spray performance.

Hard-Anodized

Matte-black hard-anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance and a 10–20 year lifespan.

CNC-machined to spec, with bespoke heavy-duty packaging to protect the premium finish in transit.
