Supplier Vetting
We only work with verified, certified manufacturing partners. Every supplier in our network is evaluated for quality systems, production capability, and delivery performance before we place a single order.
DFM Review
Our engineers review every file for manufacturability before production begins. Tolerance issues, thin features, and ambiguous callouts are flagged and resolved — saving you time and preventing costly rework.
Production Oversight
We stay engaged throughout production — monitoring schedules, communicating with factory quality teams, and escalating issues before they become shipment problems.
Documentation Requirements
Every order requires material certifications and a Certificate of Conformance at minimum. Additional documentation — dimensional reports, finish certs, first article reports — is available on request.
Shipment Verification
Before parts leave the factory, we confirm quantities, packaging, and documentation are complete. Any discrepancies are resolved before the shipment reaches you.
Issue Resolution
If something isn't right, we own the resolution. We work directly with the supplier to correct non-conformances, arrange re-inspection, or expedite replacement parts at no cost to you.
